This aught to be the right place but if not, then please move my thread.
I really have no clue and I have searched but we all know how that goes.
Problem: I have an engine which I ( as an engine novice) plan on rebuilding and stroking this summer. With my limited funding alot of things will be bought off Ebay and the local pull-a-part. I stumbled across a set of 26.3 lb injectors and bought them off ebay. They are the long skinny kind like the lime green one in the picture and mine are more like the one at 12 noon in the picture........will they still work?

I have never removed an injector and assume the o-ring is what keeps it in the intake.....so i would think they would work but I would have to adjust how my fuel rail is put on.
I really have no firm answer on this someone please help.
Any other suggestions anyone wants to throw down are much appreciated also.
