I just purchased a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, the drivers power seat does not work at all. The passenger seat works fine. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Other than checking if it is plugged in, i don't have a clue, but on my friends '95 Dodge Intrepid his seats had two motors for forward and back movements, if one goes bad you don't move. does it feel like it is binding? could be an old french fry stuck in the tracks... good luck...

Does your passenger seat have power? From what I remember the power goes into the driver's seat then branches off to the passenger, so if the passenger seat has power then your problem is with the motor assembly.

You can pull a seat motor from the junkyard. The motors are not side specific.
