Transfer Case Skid Removal

Found one at the local pick n pull - how do I remove it? Bolts on both the frame rail and the cross brace are just spinning. I assume the nutcerts are spinning inside the rails. What's the trick?

Once they've started to spin it just got more interesting...I'd recommend cutting the heads off at this point if you can get a Sawzall up close in there.

A pry bar. Remove the two fasteners on the t-case side first, then the frame side. Use the pry bar to pry on the skid so that it applies pressure to any of the spinning nut-certs. I had one skid that I got two fasteners out and then just pulled and yanked until the other nut-certs pulled right out of the sheet metal.
