After googleing for about 45 sec everything I see points to it having c-clips.

John,It has c-clips,max gear is 4.56 Just think of it as a 8.25 on steroids.You could probably find a used dana 60 cheaper,and find one out of an early dodge for a bolt in swap(truck-truck).

Thanks. Wayne, no plans to use one, a buddy has one and needs to work on it. I was wondering what we might be getting into.
