BPE and JKS Shock Converion Kit

So im guessing i need to make the switch over to BPE, think thats where most of my hopping is coming from. I have the JKS shock conversion already and just need some new shocks and the BPE's. Just wanted to know if anyone is running both and if they made any dramatic difference?

Now that looks like a rear upper BPE but i've seen as advertised as front lower as well. Can it be used as both or is it just for the rear?

Looks like the sway bar bracket on most jeeps with rear sway bar. Something you get free when you lift it. Cause you remove the sway bar.
