stock height?

well I'm just wondering , I have a stock 93 xj country and i've seeing alot of them around just like mine, but mine seems to sit lower all around, like 3'' lower. I can't see this being all do to saggy suspention seeing as mine seems to be the only one like that. ????? And if it is just sag then if i put a 3'' lift with new leafs will I then get inturn 6'' of lift from were im at now? this makes no sense to me ........ anybody?
 
No I dont have pics but it doesent look like there has been any changes made to the suspention.
 
there 235/75 15s i'll do the messurments in the morning. but I have had my rig next to others and theres a big difference...
 
Another measuring option besides axle center line to flare is ground to bottom of door sill..

On 84 through 88 it should be 21”, and on 89+ is should be 20".
