so i saw this write up on removable doors: Door hinge lift off mod write up -

and i wanted to do this but currently my doors are not alligned right and im curious if i took them off, and cut that part and made them lift offable and centered up the hinges would the door line up against the body better then how it is now? (it seperates from the fender near the bottom)
