Vibration sound

I have had my 91 for over a year now. It was a government vehicle, and seems to be pretty well maintained. Since I bought it there has been a weird vibration noise from underneath. You can't feel much vibration. and the sound gets louder faster you go. I have already changed u-joints and tires. It hasn't got any worse in the year I have had it. Please help!!!

It would help if there was some more information. First you say it's a vibration then you indicate it is a sound.....which is it or is it both? Under what conditions does it vibrate/make noise (certain speed, hot or cold, A/C running, etc). What does it feel/sound like? Can you tell if it's coming from the front or rear? Do you have 2wd or 4wd; manual or automatic; 4cyl or 6cyl.
