shock relocater???

hey guys , on my buddies 1989 toyota pickup , he recently put aftermarket flip u-bolts (that are xj's have) and he got a shock relocater bar just right above the axle. and new shock mounds right on the axle. so now his shock don't sag down below the axle. is there anything like that so i could do the same on my 95 cherokee ? heres the link for a pic. http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/images/toyota/toyuppershkmount.gif

I've been thinking of something like this too. My example is on the older S10 leafs, the ubolt plate is also a shock mount. Any thoughts on that????? If so, reasoning please. TIA jeep guys.
