The stock market runs in four year cycles somewhat. Somewhat tied to Presidential elections, but the graph actually compares more closely with the 2 year Congressional election cycle. I could post the graphs, but it would take up a bunch of space. It really makes little difference which party is leading the executive branch. I believe much of the good economy bad economy rhetoric, is just press and not fact anyway.

Have we forgotten this.

You must not read to many of my political posts. I have stated since Day1 of this Presidential campaign that I was voting for the candidate who had the best looking wife. Hillary Fan, hardly. Fred Thompson had my vote with that trophy wife of his until he dropped out, now it's a toss up between Romney and McCain...Leaning towards McCain though, anyone that looks like he does (to many years as a mistreated POW) and still get a hottie has to be all-right.
