The Stay The Trail trailer will be in Woodland Park August 18-20th to do an awareness program within the Pike San Isabel National Forest. With the event the Colorado Chapter will set up a booth to do a club membership drive on Saturday the 19th from 8am to noon/1pm-ish - this is to not only help increase our numbers, but to also spread the word that the clubs are the driving force to volunteering, adopting roads and trails, and responsible recreation.
There will be several vendors and outdoor recreation related booths at this event. I'm told that the media will also be there to do pieces on land use issues.
Come on out for the event and stop by the NAXJA booth - no throwing pies or water ballons though....... :D
