I wonder if BFG stopped making them, nobody, sams, Sears, BJ's have them in stock and you can't even order them. Dam, this ticks me off. I'm not paying $130 each for the local BFG dealer either.

Costco member? Bought mine from Costco, although I talked them into working with me on the 31's, at first all they wanted to offer was the stock size (as is company policy). Matter of fact, Costco only sells BFG's and Michelin's now.

Call BFG and find out (number is on their website). I found out recently that they were waiting to make another run of 35 MT's and they were scarce in the field. Maybe the 235 is suffering from the same fate?

I'd go to BFG's site and use the customer service email they provide. I have done this in the past. I had a phone call that next morning from a BFG rep. I was impressd.

Try finding the new MT KM2s in a 285-70-17.

I spent three months looking for them locally. Finally went through tirerack. Even with a 130 dollar shipping charge the total cost was 200 less for the order of five then anywhere locally could do.

Well, I finally found them, Sams club near Allentown, $120 ea, mounted, balanced, warranty, disposal of old tires, etc, tax. Had them mounted on that spare pair of shiny mint jeep outlaws I picked up last year and man does it look snappy with those blinging wheels. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes.
It was funny though, I told the guy, 'white letters in same as they are on the old tires', said it three times, even told him why. Next time I take a 2x4 and play verizon with him 'whack' "can you hear me now"... he actually got all 4 mounted and balanced and I saw the lightbulb go off from 50 feet away, that was the extra 20 minutes :D :D :D
