Control arm bushing help

I just picked up a set of tera flex adjustable control arms and the bushings are bad in them. The metal sleeve inside of them moves all around and just drops out. Now do i have to get new bushings from tera flex or can i get like stock bushings for it?

Find a Daystar dealer and you can get replacements. No need to go to Teraflex, they will just charge more. The Daystar part number is m02240-BK-01. I just got mine is the other day from knowwhere2jeep.com, talk to Eric. The bushings they list on their website as a Teraflex replacement bushing is wrong. Order with the above part number.
