My TC is slinging ATF at the front output yoke. Could it just be that it's not tightened down enough or that there is a busted seal?

IIRC, you use an impact to remove the yoke, pry out old seal, tap in new seal, replace yoke and tighten with an impact. I'll see what I can dig up in a search.
