Replacing back door glass

I need to replace the driver's side back door glass (the "roll down" window-not the small, fixed window ) on my buddy's XJ.Any tricks/tips on getting the glass into the door without breaking the glass???

Loosen the smaller fixed window so you have more room to maneuver the roll down glass. There is a torx screw on the top of the door frame and IIRC one bolt inside the door. Remove the wipers at the bottom of the roll down glass also.
