I was just reading that she was sentenced to several days of working in the morgue and ER as part of her sentence. I think it's a great idea to take drunks and others then put them working with the bodies they help create. They need to make them watch a few autopsies as well.

Watch, Hollywood will find a way to make this into a reality TV show....
for everything she did, the sentence isnt nearly long enough, but you're right, its a step in the right direction.

just wait, she'll sue the judge or somewhere for making here witness trajedies, and call it cruel and unusual, and its caused her "undue mental anguish" or smosething. she'll reap rewards for it.

As long as she does it, we both know what the first time is like when you see it and smell it for real.

Sure would have more of an effect than jail time did. What did she do - something like an hour and a half? Gawd...

it is a start in the right direction, not nearly tough enough though.

nope
too bad they cant lock em in an enclosed box w/ a dead body for awhile, but i guess that really would be construed as cruel and unusual.
def. makes someone think about their actions tho, when they realize the consequences, or the potential ones they might have caused..........hopefully
