So wife and I had to go run and pick up some perscriptions at walgreens last night about 8. The pharmacy told us it would be a 5 hour wait so we had them transfer it to 84th and Pecos.
To make a long story short we witnessed 2 guys get shot at about 71st and pecos.
About 9 shots were fired, I never saw the shooter but the guys were running away as they were hit. Watched one of them fall in the middle of pecos and start to get up. The other made it accross.
All happend within 30ft of the car maybe less I am not sure. By the time figured out what was going on I was going about 80mph away from all of it. Any way spent till 10ish making statments etc..
I had never seen anyone shot before, very strange feeling.

Well, I'm glad to hear you guys weren't hurt by their recklessness.
I'm sorry you had to see that. Chalk it up to a real-life demonstration of Darwinism in motion.

You know Chris, maybe it isn't all bad. What if this is Karma.
Just just say that those guys who got shot were the punks who stole your jeep.

I bet if they knew they could get shot they would think twice about stealing your junk.
Personally, I think a thief is one step above a child molester and one below a murderer in my book. Kill um all

Ussually gun fights in the city have a positive effect. One skank goes down and the other is locked away for a while.

I would agree other than the fact that they dont seem to be able to hit thier targets 9 shots 3 hits. One guy in the waist and leg the other in the leg...
That leaves 6 bullets that went who knows where......

Ya gotta love Walgreens Pharmacy, they have screwed up so many of my days and nights I've lost count (the girlfriend had back surgery, and it seems to be easier to get bricks of gold than get them to have your pain meds ready on time).
That had to be eerie, I'm glad you were safe though, stray bullets can be wreck your whole night!!

Glad you're OK Chris!
I gotta say I don't miss Saudi-Aurora for the same reasons. Moving 25 miles West somehow put us on a different planet.
Don't miss it at all...
