March 08 Jp magazine

I just picked up the march 08 Jp magazine. on pg 76 there is a pic of a Cherokee with a fender that was built to be supported after trimmed. I couldn't find the article to go with the pic. I am interested in knowing more about it, looks slick. Can anyone help me with this, a website or something.

Just looks like they trimmed it and for some reason primered it.

it looks like they made a new fender skin and just graphed the two together. pretty common in the road racing scene to fit slicks under muscle cars.

I thought it looked real good, real slick. I had never seen anything like it, I'm sure I can make that myself but I wondered how much if someone actually sold that type of fender. My Cherokee is a 98 and I would like to leave my washer bottle were it is inside the fender but would like it protected from rocks and stuff, would be nice to support the fender also, is real flimsy now that I have trimmed it for tires.
