NAXJA Meeting, 01-12-2008

Breakfast at Denny’s 106 south I-15

Thanks to Israel, Xjumpmaster and wife and unborn jeeper, jmaxj, Dr. Moab, ICDENMOTHER, Mtntech, Clint, DaveW, and Xjbanker for attendance and input.


We discussed 2008 Trial runs and Dates.
We scheduled Chapter BBQ for June at Dr. Moab’s home (thanks again ryan)
We talked about ordering business cards that members can hand out. (Thanks Tom for your donation).
Talked about trail fees and liability forms for trail runs.


Overall I think that it was a good meeting. It seems like we should have some good participation this year and people seem to be motivated in helping where they can.

Tell me more about this one.We would like to start collecting a suggested donation of $5 per rig on each of our organized runs to go into the IC account for future events and land use donations. This will be collected when you fill out your liability waiver forms and during vehicle inspections prior to each event. Liability waiver forms are just like the ones done at Fall Fling.
