Am I missing the mounting points? Make sure it has good welds and good tie in plates- which I cannot see.

Plates that tie the bumper into the frame-
You want a bumper that ties into the frame if you're ever going to use it as a recovery point. Tie in plates, as opposed to just mounting on the original bumper mounts.
They're hard to see, but I think they are there.
