need expert help

My producer want to convert the MJ to auto after I went out and got an NV3550 for it. Lazy bum.....
Well the donor is an 96 XJ not sure which tranny it is, either the aw4 or the rh32( by the way which one is better)
I know I need the tranny, radiator, custom line for tranny fluid, radiator and wiring harness, oh and the shifter.
1. is there anything else that I am missing
2. How feasable to you think it will be to wire this thing up.
and any other info that would make my producer happy.

It will be an AW4 auto in all of the XJs. It's a pain in the butt if you're not very good with wiring, but not too bad. You'll need the trans computer for a Renix-era XJ or MJ (non-HO) and install the dual-output TPS. A wirign schematic will go a long way towards figuring out where the other dozen wires from the trans computer go. I'd talk him into sticking in the NV3550.
