Just wanting to brag

i've owned my 98 xj for 4 years now and have never goten much over 15 mpg. I changed a o2 sensor last month after a ses light came on. Now i'm getting 17.5 around town with my heavy foot. 3" lift with 31 mt's on stock gearing aw4 4.0.

I'm sure people get better than that but, i still had to share it. I'm stoked!

Obviously my o2 sensor had be bad for a while but, not bad enough to throw a code.

Other regular maintanance helps with mileage too, especially maintaining proper tire pressure.

The best Ive gotten was 25.

Nice! I'm hoping that I pick up a few more MPG's myself after doing the tune up yesterday. The electrodes on my plugs were worn down to almost nothing and they had about .080 gap in them!
