ford 9 inch?

I am starting to build my a 98 cherokee that I had bought for $500 (this is not going to be my DD I have a 01 cherokee for that). I plain on running at least 37"s, so I figured I will need something a little bit bigger then a dana 44. I am able to get a Ford 9inch rear for pretty cheap. The 9 inch is out of a 87 E100 van with 90,XXX miles on it.

With that said what are your thoughts about using this axle for my jeep.
