E-Z Locker Clunk ?????

I just installed a new ez locker into my dana 30. The install seemed to go well. I posted here on how to check to see if it went right. I lifted one wheel up, spun it and got the ratchet sound. Did the othe wheel it was good. Took it in the snow and put it into 4 wheel drive and it made the most insane clunking noise ever.... What can I check for??? I tripple checked everything. I dont know what to check now....

Dose it do it in 2wheel drive?If not, then I would say the rear is allright.Might be in the transfer case or front end.

No it drives fine in 2 wd, and its in the front end (it only bangs & clunks under power, but not in reverse). I thought it my be the T case but its not, its all in the front end. I have read 15 diffrent pages of troble shooting in the past 30 minutes, and no luck yet.
