I've got about 15 lbs of fish to fry.
I'll bring the fish and cornmeal to roll them in. I don't have a fryer.
Hopefully Lar reminds Sean to bring that :)

I can bring a fryer for ya Nate. I'm gonna make pasta and meat sauce; or as the italians back east would say, "macaroni and meat gravy."

Sweet, Mark's got the fryer. Is the pot luck on saturday?
Might have to find a freezer to put the fish in friday night, rather than let them sit in the cooler.
I just had some really good gnocchi the wife made, she got the frozen meatballs out of the freezer she made with my grandmother.

I'm sure I'd love them, just haven't ever bothered to order them.

Still fun to say.

Will there be a way to heat stuff up? Because my girlfriend said she would make some stew.

I'm bringing my propane burner thing... you know, for frying turkeys and stuff... we can use it for the fish and the stew if you have a big ol' pot.

ok, I'm expanding my menu to include spare ribs.
I've got about 10 lb's left from the cookout today.
So I'm in for ribs and fish.
I don't do side dishs, just meat.

We've got a large covered pavillion at the park with electricy and a very large grill. There is also food warmers and electricity in the park check-in building. : )
If you can think of anything else that you need, ask, we may have it available.

We'll be bringing some lasagna instead of the stew, easier to transport and cook. There's a really good Italian place nearby I'll be picking it up from getting it from. I'm Italian so I figured I'd follow along with the gnocchi :).
