lookin real nice, roof rack looks damn good. What is the radiator thingy?
Is it just me or does it seem like 31s are puny, maybe its from seeing all these guys with 33 - 35s  ... I been checking EBAY for tires. There are some good deals on there.

Looks like a tranny cooler or possibly a power steering cooler.

Transmission cooler I would guess.

so far so good. its really nice since every part of it is adjustable which is good for alignments and such. basically, its a piece of hollowed (sp?) out steel tubing with some threads cut into the inside.
when i bought it, it showed up at my door in like three boxes. and u had to figure out which TRE went where. there werent any instructions either. but basically, u have to drill out the pitman arm, knuckles, and one of the TREs. then ream them out so they fit.
its not a complex system, and it works well. i havent had a single issue with it.
almost forgot....for the system to work, u need to extend the sway bar brackets 2"s. i picked up a set of JKS ones, but u can make ur own for cheaper.
hope that helps a little
