X2, get a designated driver, call a cab, call your mom even, or just stay where the heck your at!

If you know your gonna get torqued up, give your keys to some one who isn't.

I'm not being a hipocrit, Ive done stupid stuff myself but I was luckey and learned fast.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a firm believer in seat belts, but that's one case where it probably wouldn't have helped. That is one hard hit.

Sounds like this guy was driving a company truck or a tow rig of some sort. I don't think that they allow designated drivers for that kinda vehicle
