Need some help Sunday night & Wed evening

Hey gang,

I am looking for a little help on my Jeep. I need to do a few things to it.

Here is what I need to do:

Rear main seal
Valve cover gasket
Oil filter adapter O-rings
power steering box
alignment
new vent tube on front axle

I plan on starting the teardown tomorrow (Sunday) night, around 8:00 PM. I have some plans that keep me from starting any earlier. No worries if no one can come by that late.

Wednesday is when the fun begins. Since I am unemployed, I can start as early as folks want to show up. Looking for somewhere around 4:00 PM. I can provide pizza and beverages.....

hey rob if we get my front axle done and im not too tipsy to go playin around on the freeway i will stop by to at least lend an extra hand, if you want to start a lil earlier. my father in law is coming into town and i need an excuse to get out of having dinner with him :D

Well, I can start pretty much whenever, but most folks have to work so I threw that there for a reference point....

no can do.... I am for the most part out of wrenching circulation for about 7 more days at least :( Plus I got 2 jeeps of my own to wrench on now!

No worries. I would liked to have helped you this weekend, but last minute Christmas stuff and other plans did not allow...

That's why I don't even get to start on my until tonight, then it will sit for 3 days before I get to work on it again! I hope to get it all finished up so I can bring it to Big Bear on Friday. If not, then we will only bring my wife's TJ.

We got most everything removed, new O-rings in the oil filter adapter, old main seal out, exhaust header chekced out OK, removed damaged vacuum canister - new ordered, should be here Friday.

Still need to tackle steering box, but no bug hurry.

Found out I need UCA axle side bushings...

I got to get my driveshaft to the shop tomorrow to check and balance it.

Shooting to finish by Saturday, but no worries.

Awesome, glad to hear you got some help! I'm still fighting with mine. Big Bear is a no-go for me, but I hope to have it driveable by Saturday!
