I have buddy that is talking about selling me his Atlas 4.3 transfer case. Its about 4 years old. Its been used and abused but always has stayed together and unbroken. What's one of these worth? It has the upgraded 32 spline output shaft. I know that when it was new it cost about $33-3500 bucks with shipping (and since he lives three doors down from me there's no shipping for me to pay.) I also know that the price of Atlas tcases have come down a little too.
He shot me a price. Just curious if anyone has any idea what these are going for...I'll post the price he wants at a later date because I don't want to influence anyone that might be guessing on a price. :)
If this works out, I will have a 231 (set up for XJ) with the HD advanced adapters output shaft to sell. Its not got very many miles on it. What's it worth too.
And if a mod thinks this should be posted in another location on the forums, please move it as this was the best place I could think of.
