I have that set from about 10 years ago and always lose random sockets or break them, it's worth 90 bucks just to have spares, thanks.
I wonder if all the sockets still come in one big bag for you to organize, lol.

Got all that set in various brands but mostly in Craftsman except ratchets they are S/K or Snap-On. Thanks for the heads-up though.

S&K. I used to buy at wholesale when I worked at a distributor in college. I still think these are a better deal.

I have a set very similar to the one above, and it came in a cool case already organized. My only gripe is the extensions arent long enough. Havent broke a single one yet, but when I do, thats what the lifetime warranty is for :)

That's the same set that I bought last year. And yes, everything comes in a plastic bag and you have to set it up yourself. :)

The big complaint I have is the case itself. The two outer clasps and the one inner clasp are pretty flimsy. And my sockets have spilled out on more than one occasion.

I had to add some heavy duty velcro to the outside to keep the case closed. And I have to keep a piece of cardboard between the two halves to keep the sockets from falling out.

I have a long 3/8" and a bunch of 4" 3/8" extensions that I use the crap out of, I finally snapped the drive off the long one and need to take it back in.

I just put a bungee around mine...

Love the 1/2" drive

Wish it were that simple.

If you close the case tightly, then stand the case up, the sockets can still fall out of their holes.

Not a well-made case.

that's why I always have a piece of cardboard inside of my cases :D You don't need to add a lot of thickness to make it prevent the sockets from falling out.

I take mine out and promptly lose them. 10mm and 15mm are the first to go.

Didn't I say that? :twak:

Great deal!

What kills me is about once or twice a year I bag up my broken sockets, ratchets, and what nots with the list of missing sockets and end wrenches.
The broken stuff gets replaced, and buy a handful of sockets, and end up spending more money than it I would have bought the whole kit on sale.
