tail lights not wrong little help

could be a bad ground somewhere open circut i am assuming that this only does it when your headlights are on check your headlight switch.
 
Im thinking switch. i got ground cause when i run a wire from my my sub amp to pos. on the bulbs it lights up. its snowing and cold out so i just wired it up like that and put a switch on it. But i really need ideas.
 
ok when i wired lights up to bulbs without cutting wire i just cut back insulator all lights work now even dash and front park lights so what you think?
