Difference between wiper modules

I have a 98 Classic, and the wipers only work on High ( no low or int.) I have searched and it seems that this would be because of the module being bad. The problem that I run into is that most if not all of the modules I come across are from 90-95 cherokees, but I can't find any info telling if these will work in my 98. Has anyone done this, tried this, or have some info to share?

I would get the newest motor (module) possible from a junkyard. The 2000 and 2001 have a different style of wire plug but the motor is the same.
