Keeps the LCA at a better angle than if they were mounted in stock location on a lifted rig Rick...

better to go that way or the adjustable lca's, or both.

Both are nice, but the DB's are good enough with a normal 5-6 inch lift.

As Tony mentioned, it reduces the angle of the control arms to allow for a much smoother ride and improved flexing. You can pick them up at Rubicon Express. You'll see them every now and then for about $175-$200 used for the dropbrackets and braces. highly recommend them when running more than 4" lift.
