I recently replaced the underhood light which flashed on and off when I inserted it. Then I noticed that my dome light, instrument panel and odomenter no longer worked. I have checked all my fuses and they are fine. Could it be one of the relays? Any help in trying to figure this out would be great.

I'd start testing fuses with a voltmeter--they don't always look blown

sound like mabe a power lose check for voltage coming into the fuse panel and going out to the proper fuse for instrument lights.check the switch for dash light dimming. just some points to start from!

The underhood light is notorious for not always working. The bulb contacts corrode far too easily so you may be putting too much emphasis on it working.
Pull the plug on the underhood light for now until you resolve the other issues.
