whats draining my battery??

hey everybody

jeeps acting really funny. i came out today to start it, and i had nothing. not even dash lights. my battery light was on a couple days ago, and i knew it was my alternator, but i went into a deep mud hole, and the battery light went off. it keeps starting fine for the past 2 days and now this morning its dead. tried starting it with a battery charger, and the lights would come on, but not enough juice to crank it. tried to jumpstart it, and i got a hell of a lot of sparks when i connected everything, but still not enough juice to start it?

should i pull the alternator and battery. i know both have warranties on them right now??eace:

I would start where all the sparks came from. The alternator sounds like it quit charging or maybe shorted out. Goog luck

yeah mud and alternators dont mix well...

where were the sparks coming from?
have you tried charging your battery overnight?

and might as well check all your fuses and see if anything is out of order
