I found a 95 XJ with 126k miles. 4.0, auto, and no options. The rockers are rusted and the floor is starting to go. It says $1000 obo. All I want is the motor and tranny. How much should I offer?

I paid $1700 for my 95 with 171,000. It now has 195,000 miles. Of course it was a Country edition with options.
