:sure: Last month my XJ was taken out By a uninsured driver.:twak:

:repair: I have started the rebuild and have ordered a Proto Fab Rock solid bumper and a Mile-Marker hyd winch.

Work with the police towards a criminal resolution and then hire a lawyer. Simple case.

In VA if you are involved in an accident without insurance you are at fault, PERIOD, even if you are rammed at high speed by a drunk running a red light. The drunk goes down on the other charges, but you get fined ($500 minimum if I remember correctly), the accident is deemed your fault, and you get to pay, and pay, and pay.

No that is a three core oversize. That is why I put in the hood pins because the safty latch will not fit. So I removed all the latches and went with the pins.

that gives me a nother question. where did you get your hood pins?

Got the pins at PepBoys $19.99 But I had to weld the nut to a fender washer and flip it over not enouf room for two nuts and the springs. The spring part I made myself tack weld them on.
