Ok.I attempted to search the forum for a problem I have, though some were similar none were the same. Here goes:I takes a long time for the engine to start, when it finally starts,it idles low,and rough. If I lightly touch the throttle and hold it for 30 seconds it will hold a idle at 2000 rpm and stay at 2000 rpm,If I try to bump the throttle quick the engine doesnt respond,If I idle up slow the rpms will go up.

stuck Idle Air Control Valve?

I was thinking the same thing.I cleaned it(not to say that would fix it)with the engine running I unbolted it and just pulled it out a little bit and the idle went higher

How much seafoam should I have used?

When I clean a throttle body I usually pour almost all of the can slowly in and then dump the last little bit to stall the engine and then let it sit for about 15 minutes before restart.
