Question about stock skids

What mods will not work in conjunction with stock skids? I am seriously considering getting the Detours Backbone system but I would very much like to keep the stock front skid. Also, I'm planning on a rear hitch as a recovery point and I was wondering if that would interfere with the gas tank skid or even a 2.5" exhaust.

Don't worry, mine works with no problems.

i put a gas tank skid on mine and had to keep the hitch off...wouldnt fit back on right...doesnt matter to me b/c im putting a rear bumper w/ built in reciever on anyway

I modified the reciever hitch to work with the Tomken tank skid and it works very good.

I had to cut a section of it out to clear the skid and then weld the hitch together. I think it is stronger now than it was!
