jcr front winch bumper fs/trade

i have a jcr front stage 1 winch bumper with hoop/pre-runner bars d-ring tabs w/rings, light tabs on hoop, unibody tie ins, fairlead mounts, painted black. only had it for bout 4 months. NEVER towed on. paid 574. i have a few options:

1) 300 plus stock bumper w/endcaps.
2) 350 cash.
3) 2 12" subs in box w/ amp and wires!
4) other trades such as rear axle with 4.56's or anything else good you might have!
