power window

my front passanger window is not staying up. I have some cable bouncing around, and the motor still works. my biggest problem is that I have never even messed with those things. I have always went with no power anything, and have never had a problem. I just want to know if some one knows a site that has really good pics and instructions for me to figure out what is wrong. I have searched the forums here, but I didn't find much for some one who is completely ignorant like me. Thanks!

the window regulator is bad. it is quite simple to swap it out with a new one
