When I turn the wheel to the left and right theres a clunking sound. It sounds as if its coming from the pitman arm area. Everything is greased. Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks

More then likely track bar or track bar bracket. Have some one turn the wheel while you watch the front end componets. Most time the Clunk is obvious

double check the steering gear mounting bolts and the section of frame around them as well-- both have been known to cause clunks when turning wheel. I've also seen control arm bushings shift enough to clunk during loading and unloading.
