I too am looking into this for my RENIX. Also change out head to HO 91-96, but will delete EGR if you have emmisions inspections.
I don't have these inspections only when I sell the XG which will be NEVER
You will need to adapt sensors (CTS, TPS, IAC, and a few vac lines) and power steering bracket
