busted mount bosses

I snapped my front n rear boss tabs on the passenger side of my 90 4.0 block

has anybody here attempted to make there own bombproof engine mount with this issue?...

I could use the help asap...

also I just picked up a 92 H.O. block

what is the gain or loss useing my head from the non h.o. block on it?

longer or shorter push rods?...

I plan on starting in on this asap...please fill me in...

was thinking about throwing a larger cam in there also...

never can go wrong with a larger cam..

check a few weeks back on this forum. I had the right side shear off on me ,lot of replys

The biggest reason you haven't gotten any answers is because most of us get tired of answering the same things over and over again. Courtesy says you spend some quality time searching. The answers have all been covered many times before.

Thats understandable that there are many of the same post...
