I am looking for the backspacing on the 16x7 wheels that came on the 2000 and newer XJ's. Can anyone help?
Thanks

4.75 me thinks. Stock is pretty deep.

That is what I am looking for. I am running 32X9.5X15 TSL with a 4.5" Super flex with stock wheels. No Rubbing. I want to go to a 265/75R16 truxus. It will give me the same diameter but an inch wider. Also I will be running Radials then.

All stock XJ wheels are 5.25" backspacing, as far as I know.

Be advised Liberty wheels run 5 3/4" and are frequently confused by know nothing salvage yard operators who sell them as Wrangler rims.
I know because, and they still fit ok for most smaller tires, say 225 x 16.

I have checked into the libby wheels and have actually measured some. The ones I measured were 6.25" back spacing. These were for an 04.
Thanks for the info.
