When i turn on my cruise control the cruise light comes on, but when i hit set, it just turns off the light on the dash and no cruise? Any ideas on the fault.

The link between the servo and TB is a cable not a vacume line?

check at the brake pedal, there are two switches there.. may be done wrong by other owner.. that was my trouble
