manual transmission cooling

is there any benefit to running a cooler on a manual trans? I know they don't generate nearly as much heat as an auto, but seeing as I'm working the tranny relatively hard when wheeling my jeep it seems like there would be no downside to cooling it.

anyone added one? if so how/where?

I think it would be a better idea to just change fluid regularly...the fluid in an auto and man. serve completely different functions (yes they both lubricate i kno...)

With out a pump, there is no way to do it, you could drill and tap some holes in the case, and run a line to an electric pump to the cooler, but hardy seems worth it... As stated above, just change it more regularly
