well i drained the tcase to proper level and it seems to seep out near the tail cone even through the gasket maker....any ideas?!

you might have blown the seal if you were running it with too much fluid, just like an e ngine with way too much oil. My 242 T-case has been leaking out that seal for the last 8 months or so, I just top it up every couple of months (I don't drive the jeep too much). I'll change the seal this winter when I have access to a heated shop, but for now I just keeper topped up and it works out okay.

ya i over filled it a quart....and drained it down to proper and it seeps like i said so ill probably just do what your doin clunk 
!
