Normally I don't do this but...

I'm tired and honestly don't care what we do.

So your choices are as stated above.

Prov is my first choice but I've never wheeled the Uinta's so I'm up for that too.

I am surprised you don't own a cabin up there.

The 3rd and the 17th are my only two weekends off. The later we do it the more snow we "might" have. Even if we pushed it to the next week that would put us the weekend of Thanksgiving and that is usually a hard weekend to get people out. So...I vote for the 17th too.

Oh don't worry, Prov Canyon will probably have plenty by then. Last year it had a good fresh 4-5 inches on top of what was already there when we went up in Nov.

I actually might be able to go on the 17th, so that'd be my vote.

Hummm. 2 feet in the mountains by tomorrow.

We might need to find somewhere other then the mountains if this keeps up.

Hell even the desert might turn into a snow run.

slider went up in dec. last year and they had a ball playing in deep snow. we should do a snow run :yelclap:

Snow runs can turn into No runs if its too deep or you don't have a properly set up rig.

Also last year was weird cause in Dec there was only about a foot of snow when there should have been several feet.

All I am saying is if this keeps up we will have to drasticly change plans.

I'm prolly heading to Price on the 3rd, but may be up for another run later in the month too.......haven't been up to Mt Logan for 2 years and I really wanna squeeze it in before Halloween, which leaves next weekend........or the 17th.

I honestly don't care if we go up there on the 17th. If it warms up before then and melts some snow it wouldn't be an issue. If we keep getting snow though I don't think we will be going anywhere high.

Agreed, but the 2 feet of snow, only created a thin layer on the grass.........Not a problem yet. It snowed a lot, just didn't stick,.........so there could be a couple of feet up there:dunno:

O and by the way, I finally got off my dead arss and put the 3" spring in yesterday.,
:sunshine:
Front axle disconnect works better then the other front end.(this one actually disengages and its nice to have a equal gear ratio now.
Still need to check the alignment, but the butt sensor said it was OK.

Now i just need some bigger tires. Way to much wheel well opining now............But it looks better then the stink bug i just got rid off.

when i lifted my zj my butt sensor said it was ok too. then i hit some patchy ice, like when one tire is on dry gound and the other is on ice. hold on to your butt sensor cuz your switchin lanes right now. it ended up being toed in over an inch.

Depends on if we want to make this a run for everyone or a run for the big dogs.

If you are open open and have smaller then 33s i would say 6 inches or so.

When Jeff, Dave and I went up (along with some others but don't remember who all it was) we had over a foot and were having lots of fun.

I turned around and went back you guys continued, I highly doubt there is that much snow up there right now.

there is very little snow at all in Prov. cyn, I wouldn't even call it a threat. In fact we have had no snow only the very top of the peaks show very little snow. if that will help you guys in you r decision. Jerry

Oh yeah, I think Giftons ex bro in law was there too.

I guess we need to see who is serious about going before we decide where.
