its a 20a fuse under the hood on my 93 xj 4.0. it was blown but i have no idea what its for. im trying to sort through a few problems, just wanted to eliminate it off the list

ignition-off draw

Provides power while the ignition is off. Clock and radio will obviously not keep their memory while this is out. I don't think that anything else stock is affected by it, but I may be wrong.

when my rasio was stolen tehy ripped out my ignition wire. so i have both wires on the memory wire. it has stopped working today,(the day that i sold it) i saw the fuse was blown so i replaced it but nothing changed
